Hourly Rate: Depending upon experience

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Organize team all-hands meetings, offsite events (including slide preparation)
  • General office duties as needed; (printing handouts, travel itineraries)
  • Heavy calendaring
  • Build cross-functional relationships between departments
  • Draft PowerPoint presentations, collecting data from multiple sources
  •   Manage employee celebrations
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:
  • Prior Recruiting Coordinator or admin experience in a recruiting environment strong preferred
  • At least 2  years of full-time administrative experience
  • Event planning experience required
  • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of Outlook
  • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong scheduling and travel coordination skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere
