Start Date: ASAP, 5 month contract

  • Operational Management Oversight:
  • Organization and prioritization of team needs for XFN partner enablement
  • Assist with report outs and MLT updates
  • Drive semi-annual strategic planning activities
  • Lead consolidation and insights for launch/campaign performance
  • Budgeting
  • Quarterly forecasts
  • SOX compliance / ATFs
  • Monthly accruals
  • Invoice tracking
  • Headcount tracking
  • Launch operations
  • Launch Cal management
  • ATC
  • Planning
  • Main POC for submissions
  • Goals & metrics
  • Prioritization and planning with key internal partners (ie Research, Decision Science
  • Team growth & connection
  • Pulse POC
  • Knowledge management & best practice sharing
  • Help manage content for team meetings and offsites
  • Strategic partnership (when possible)
  • Competitive intelligence
  • Create strategy decks

  • Insights and analysis for forecast to spend, marketing performance and operational effectiveness
  • Ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Analytical mindset and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in PowerPoint with ability to synthesize insights into storytelling
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously, move fast and show quick impact
  • Product marketing or consumer marketing experience preferred
  • Familiarity with social media industry preferred
