Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Advise on the implementation, facilitation, and improvement of new and existing systems and processes within our clients Partner Center.
  • Provide leadership and support to our clients Menlo Park and NYC operating teams in their everyday tasks and responsibilities, and serve as escalation point for any issues that may arise.
  • Lead initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence.
  • Manage the selection and onboarding of global support agencies as needed.
  • Support the Global Partner Center Leader with meeting forecasting guidance and reporting, and offer advice and clarity around best practices to hit Partner Center meeting goals and objectives.
  • Manage the global Partner Center budget and regularly report on status to Partner Center Leads to ensure proper budgeting and spending throughout the remainder of the year.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years professional experience with some relevant experience in event marketing/management preferred
  • Experience with forecasting, budgeting, purchasing, or other relevant financial experience
  • Keen attention to the special details that create memorable events, customer service focused
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong organizational, process and project management skills and ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at once
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
  • Ability to work quickly and be flexible
  • Successful experience partnering with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of stakeholders including senior executives
  • A strong desire to help others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
