Salary:  Depending upon experience

Start Date: 07/24/2017, 3 month contract

  • Support Development Manager with organizational training & development agenda (~60-80%)
  • Own PMM Camp Project Management
  • Update PMM Camp slide design across 15 training decks
  • Drive PMM Camp slides content updates processes with Content Champions
  • Lead PMM Camp logistics, prep and day-off execution
  • Work with internal social media teams to record and produce PMM Camp Videos
  • Drive APMM onboarding logistics & coordination
  • Project manage PMM Camp Lite development and delivery
  • Project manage Content Champion community and cadences
  • Own PMM Camp surveys, analysis and share outs
  • Create additional training content including Inbound & Analytics Quick Start Guides and Civic Engagement Case Studies
  • Drive additional training including Cultural Panel, Empathy Training and Manager Training
  • Craft recurring, cadenced comms for various audiences
  • Support additional core strategy & planning PM functions as required and as needed (~20-40%)
  • Maintain master calendar and tasklist to ensure team is on track and delivering against outcomes/ objectives/ action items
  • Supporting progress tracking for organizational initiatives and select team priorities
  • Assisting as needed with SPA and RTB team cadences and calendars, e.g. regular team meetings; planning off/onsites; etc.

  • 2-3 years’ experience working in learning/development (L&D) capacity or training support role
  • 2-3 years of consulting experience preferred
  • 4-5 years of project management or events management experience
  • Self-starter with stellar project management skills including
  • Ability to self-manage to workbacks with key milestones
  • Adept at flagging risks with recommended mitigation plan
  • Comfortable providing status updates and asks to owners and stakeholders
  • Knack for thriving in agile environments and often working within ambiguous constructs
  • Experience developing presentations for an executive-level audience
  • Ability to transform insights into storytelling format
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Product marketing or consumer marketing experience a plus
  • MBA or other relevant advanced degree [Strong BA/BS candidates will be considered]
