The ideal candidate is composed, flexible, pro-active and thrives in a fast paced environment. Initiative, attention to detail, strong written and verbal skills are must haves.
  • Oversee all time off requests for the whole agency.
  • Regulate digital calendar for entire company.
  • Handle new hire orientation.
  • Internal paperwork.
  • Set-up new hires and conduct employee exit procedures.
  • Coordinate department needs with IT department.
  • Coordinate, gather and submit all digital marketing award entries.
  • Update and post all finished projects to the website.
  • Maintain account executive social projects list.
  • Order supplies for office.
  • Order catering and working lunches for employees when necessary.
  • Assistant to the president of the company.
  • Taking phone messages.
  • Handling expense reports and reservations for the president.
  • Organizing travel arrangements.
  • Home Brew Cares community service event planning.
  • Planning all team building activities and company events.
  • Maintain and distribute clients' drives to designers and account executives.
  • Schedule drive deliveries to clients.
