This is an amazing role covering loyalty / retention within an internationally renowned beauty and skincare Brand
We’ re looking for a sharp and driven person, with breakthrough ideas about the beauty industry, to work within Loyalty & Retention.
Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager, the Loyalty Manager will own the development, creation and implementation of all commercial work-streams relating to loyalty schemes; Pro Members and Consumers. This will include new member acquisition, member engagement and retention communications, as well as analysis and reporting. The Loyalty Manager will support in the evolution of the schemes, ensuring that the schemes continue to deliver against both commercial objectives and member / guest demand.
• Build & maintain effective relationships with relevant agencies to plan, book & deliver external communications campaigns,
• Work alongside internal teams to ensure delivery of membership communications across web, apps, social, CRM, brand channels and more.
• Recognise different member segments and ensure communications are targeted and relevant to different groups across all channels.
• Work on the development and communication of member exclusive activities, including competitions, offers and events.
• Support in the development of online content that is either targeted towards or generated by members
• 3+ years’ experience in a loyalty marketing role, with exposure to CRM and digital marketing
• Proven track record of leading Loyalty in a fast-growing business, with measurable results
• Proven experience in launching a new loyalty program
• Advanced knowledge of web analytics and loyalty tools
• Budget Management & ROI-focused
• Outstanding analytical skills – you not only see data but use it drive to business solutions
• Experience increasing conversion rates and a proven track record for acquiring new customers
