Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day planning and execution of brand and marketing efforts to support our clients diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives. Create marketing programs and campaigns, from brief development to implementation, including:

  • Work with partners to determine internal and external needs for diversity programs and outreach. Develop diversity marketing goals and objectives for hiring pipelines with strong emphasis on engineering and tech hiring

  • Build innovative outreach efforts for both passive and active candidates to engage a diverse talent pipeline across geographic

  • Manage global diversity ad campaign strategy, partner with Regional Employment Brand Managers to collaborate on regional plans

  • Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI

  • Produce engaging content to share through our channels, including website and blog features, photos, videos, mobile games and puzzles, print collateral, event properties, and communication templates

  • Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally

  • Collaborate with design, production and web development teams

  • Positively impact the candidate and employee experience

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years relevant recruitment marketing experience

  • 3+ years relevant diversity and inclusion marketing experience

  • 2+ years experience executing employment brand campaigns

  • 2+ years project management experience

  • 2+ years copy writing experience

  • Ability to help our recruiting and hiring teams connect with candidates in a meaningful and impactful way

  • Ability to integrate business needs into marketing campaigns

  • Ability to independently identify and act on priorities and leverage opportunities

  • Ability to articulate concepts and solutions

  • Relationship building skills in a cross-functional environment
