Rate- Commensurate with experience 

Responsibilities:

Experience Designer change tools from something that people have to use to engaging and intuitive tools that they truly enjoy. They know how a product should look, feel and work, and understand what users need and want in the digital space and in real life.

 

·         Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organizations; engaging presentation style

·         Knowledge of design for mobile devices in all formats.

·         The ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, and multi-task

·         Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

·         You communicate and collaborate well with software architects and developers.

·         Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team

·         Collaborating on user experience planning with a UX Lead

·         Researching emerging interaction design and technology trends

 

Experience: 

·         Two or more years of user experience design experience for software, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics and/or mobile devices

·         Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique

·         Portfolio to accompany resume

·         Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail

·         Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

·         Appreciation of the importance of visual design for a successful user experience.

·         Strong working knowledge of Axure, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Invision, or other appropriate design tools.

·         Experience with user interface design patterns, Lean UX, and UCD methodologies

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Understanding of common software project management practices

·         Understanding of common software development practices
