Salary:  Depending upon experience

Start Date: ASAP, 1 year contract

  • Support the management of event logistics and execution for recruiting events
  • Support team communications and briefings, plus the post-event reporting and analysis
  • Partner closely with Event Associates and the global Recruiting Programs Team to manage consistent event and branding processes
  • Ability to take feedback and input to support event strategies and brand goals
  • Work closely with event associates and business partners to consistently refine processes and assess opportunities for improvement

  • 4-7 years of experience
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to solving problem
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task across concurrent priority projects is essential
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus, interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with interdepartmental teams
  • Experience in event management preferred
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Outlook, Event Registration Tools
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • 25 – 40% to travel may be required
