Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day planning and execution of brand and marketing efforts to support regional hiring initiatives. Create marketing programs and campaigns, from brief development to implementation, including:
    • Work with partners to determine internal and external needs. Create marketing goals and objectives for our hiring areas with a strong emphasis on engineering and tech hiring
    • Develop content for our website and recruiting channels, manage execution
    • Manage ad campaign strategy for the region and hiring pipelines
    • Leverage opportunities to engage employees in employment branding efforts
    • Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI
  • Positively position and increase brand awareness
  • Create engaging content to share through our channels, including website and blog features, photos, videos, mobile games and puzzles, print collateral, event properties, and communication templates
  • Strategically use products in recruitment efforts
  • Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally
  • Collaborate with design, production and web development teams
  • Positively impact the candidate and employee experience

Requirements:
  • 3+ years relevant recruitment marketing experience
  • 2+ years’ experience executing employment brand campaigns
  • 2+ years project management experience
  • 2+ years copy writing skills
