Responsibilities:
Conception, implementation and expansion of the company  website
Continuous review and development of measures to implement the online growth
strategy
Development, implementation and analysis of online marketing campaigns for the
generation of members for all relevant channels
Content creation and community management on our websites and social media
platforms
Monitoring and optimization of different traffic channels
Strategic analysis of customer potentials, e.g. at Facebook
Further development of the digital  culture through active change
management
Planning and implementation of all SEO and SEM measures
Expansion and further development of co-operation as well as networking and link
partnerships
Development and monitoring of KPIs for success control
Creation of the monthly customer newsletter (text only in German)
Budget responsibility / budget control for the online marketing cost center

Requirements:
Successfully completed university studies or equivalent education in online / digital
communication
Experience in project management of online projects
Very good knowledge of common online analysis tools, content management systems as
well as Microsoft Office package
Above-average analytical and conceptual skills
Hands-on mentality, high self-motivation, start-up spirit, real Team player
A feeling for online trends and a very high Internet affinity
Strong networking in the online marketing scene
Very good language skills:
1. German (fluently spoken and written, business fluently),

2. English (fluently)High text competencyTools: SEO-Tools, Typo

3.  Microsoft Office Package, Analytic tools

Salary: 45 - 60k/annum EUR
