Responsibilites: this role is for a highly motivated, results-driven digital & performance marketing professional who is exctied about maximizing the efficiency of the company' s acquisition channels and thinking about how to take marketing to the next level. You will create and implement  online traffic and lead generation strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, mobile advertising and content marketing) to agressivley grow the US business.

What you will do:
  • Create, manage, measure, and report performance of all performance marketing campaigns run in the US market
  • Deliver new creative strategies and test new marketing channels to meet our aggressive user growth targets
  • Increase app downloads via ASO strategies
  • Increase engagement of acquired users by creating, testing, and then operationalizing engagement marketing strategies
  • Assist in identifying necessary acquisition and/or CRM tools to better target users and maximize revenue generation (e.g. CRM software, email provider, etc.)

  • 4-6 years of digital growth/marketing experience and fluent  knowledge of the
  • Gen Z and college target audience
  • Experience planning, executing and optimizing digital strategies, including paid user acquisition and engagement marketing channels
  • Proficient knowledge with the following user acquisition marketing & advertising channels: Paid Search (Google & Bing), Google Display Network, Retargeting, Social Advertising (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) & Mobile Install Campaigns (Appstore Search Ads, Google Universal App Campaigns)
  • Extensive knowledge using Google Analytics for tracking of marketing & paid campaigns
  • Strong understanding of CPA strategies and conversion attribution tracking methods (last-click attribution, etc.)
  • Ability to coordinate creative projects such as, banner ads, email design, etc. with internal creative team and external freelancers
  • Strong understanding and experience implementing App Store Optimization strategies, including the various components that affect ranking in the App Store and Google Play
  • Accurate understanding of performance and success metrics and knowledge of how to analyze consumer behaviour
  • Ability to travel to Krakow, Poland (our European headquarters) for 1-2 weeks for training
