The ideal  candidate must be customer service oriented and should be able develop a long term relationship with users

Responsibilities:
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and should be able to act in the best interest of the users
  • Well versed with desktop support, network troubleshooting, Outlook, WAPs, Wireless, and other networking devices
  • Experience supporting Windows Server and MAC OS
  • Experience with maintaining network infrastructure
  • Configuration and maintenance of printers and other mobile devices.

Experience:
  • 2-3   years of experience as a Desktop Support/ Network Support
  • Experience with Active Directory
  • Experience supporting both Windows and OS
