Customer Services Manager (UK & Germany)

This is an amazing role with an international focused fashion company based in London

Responsibilities:
An amazing Fashion Brand are looking for a Customer Services Manager with a consumer focused attitude to lead the UK & Germany customer service teams. You' ll be leading a team of business to business sales focused Customer Service Co-ordinators to deliver world class customer service to a large portfolio of both national and independent accounts

Duties include  -
Leading, managing and inspiring a team of both English & German speaking Customer Service Co-ordinators.
Formalise key roles & responsibilities
Continuous training for the team as well as succession planning
Develop a strategy for delivering world class service to national and independent accounts (across the UK and Germany)
Oversee and ensure accurate order entry, processing order amendments and cancellations and ensuring the order book is exact
Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders


Person Specification -
Experience managing a medium sized team in a fast moving retail or wholesale business
A leader who can recruit, influence, inspire, develop teams with a strong understanding of Customer Service methodologies
Experience working with an account base of 300+ customers, dealing with retailers from major department stores, online retailers through to small independents
Commercial – will be reporting up to Sales Director on orders, need to be analytical – comfortable with forecasting
German experience is not essential but of course a bonus

Salary  -  £ 45000  -  £ 50000
