Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will provide a high level, empathetic customer experience. You will play an active role in enhancing the customer experience by example. You should be a creative problem solver, team player, and critical thinker.  We need a hands on leader able to wear many hats well during this early stages of our growth phase.

• Help hire a team of Customer Experience Associates to support demand

• Have an innate interest in health and wellness

• Answer customer calls and reply to email inquiries in a fast-paced environment

• Act as a point of escalation for complex customer and process issues

• Resolve high priority customer escalations for the team

• Assist customers with navigating company website

• Become an expert on our product by embracing our science

• Think quick on your feet to customize creative solutions

• Prioritize daily tasks and direct assignments to aid in maximizing efficiency

• Manage Ad-hoc projects as needed

• Take on additional responsibilities and trainings to improve overall customer experiences

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’ s degree required

• 4+ years in a customer experience related role preferred (i.e. e-commerce, startups, )

• Experience in startup eCommerce environment a plus

• You should be proficient using platforms such as ZenDesk, Salesforce and Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

• You’ re a people person and you truly enjoy making someone smile

• You possess a bright, positive attitude

• Bilingual, a plus

 

Salary: commensurate with experience
