Start Date: 09/11/2017, 5 months

  • Manage the creation and maintenance of all internal and external communication and forms, including proofreading and editing
  • Document, review and maintain policies, procedures and desk references for multiple departments and channels throughout the organization
  • Work with Procurement, Managers, IT, Finance and other key support groups to author technical documentation including procedure manuals, training and user guides, video tutorials, notification memos and other communications in various templates and presentations
  • Learn new processes quickly from SMEs and create documentation with detail workflows and contents with minimal guidance
  • Lead end to end review of all manuals to ensure they are current, relevant, and consistent
  • Manage process changes and process documentation revisions
  • Create video tutorials for systems and process training manuals
  • Design and create internal wiki pages
  • Document project plans and maintain project status reports utilizing project management tools and PowerPoint presentations
  • Prepare consensus metrics and other analysis/presentation materials with a high degree of accuracy and visuals
  • Aggregate data from various sources for PowerPoint presentations, create visualizations and identify meaningful trends and affects
  • Publish tasks list and project meeting minutes, weekly and monthly updates
  • Handle details and projects that may be confidential and time sensitive with some supervision
  • Draft communication, design and compose weekly status reports for management
  • Resolve issue and escalate as necessary when various stakeholders do not meet their deadlines
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to develop and execute project tasks and recommend the corrective action to the project management team
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement technical/systems enhancement opportunities
  • Assist with other ad hoc tasks as needed

  • Professional/Corporate writing background required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Visio, Photoshop, Office365 and video editing software
  • HTML, XML programming language is required to design and create internal wiki pages
  • Working knowledge of Confluence, content collaboration tool is a plus
  • Detail oriented and a self-starter with ability to function independently, multi-task and prioritize work
  • Superior critical thinking, problem solving and analytical abilities
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with low tolerance for error
  • Ability to write clearly and accurately and proven ability to acquire, understand and share information
  • Demonstrate ability to come up to speed quickly on a new project and balance multiple tasks
  • Ability to follow writing guidelines for style and tone
  • Demonstrate ability to get things done through working with others
  • Demonstrate a high degree of business professionalism
