Brand Manager (Beauty & Skincare)

Working for a Beauty and Skincare Brand with a loyal customer base

Responsibilities:
As a Global Brand Manager, you will manage a global brand and will be accountable for delivering brand performance targets and driving value creation. You share accountability for the full Brand P&L across markets, and you will support the decision-making around the Brand vision, strategic plan and innovation agenda
Understanding, capturing and communicating the reality of consumers & shopper behaviour, beliefs, attitudes and motivations in a way that can be leveraged for growth
Builds deep understanding of target consumer groups, across key geographies globally, in order to inform robust consumer driven strategy of the Brand
Ensures ongoing utilization of consumer and market insight to inform brand strategy
Works with the retailers/markets to ensure projects are being effectively executed locally – this will require building an excellent relationship with markets, understanding the brand and business at a local level, acting as the day to day point of contact for markets on matters relating to the brand
Builds relationships with our internal innovation team and related agencies – to ensure key innovation projects are on time and always executed to highest possible standard
Coordinates analysis to support high-level pricing strategy for the brand

Person Specification -
Previous Brand / Category Management experience within Skincare, Bath & Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG would be ideal
Ability to manage a P&L
Strong Man management skills
Experienced within Data Analysis and Shopper / Consumer Insight

Salary - £ 50 - £ 55 with car allowance
