Coordination of placing printed materials, packaging and hanger orders for retail stores
Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures of Retail Boutiques
Create & maintain vendor list for all stores & centralize retail boutique information and consolidate vendors
Creation & implementation of Retail Boutique ordering system
Cost reduction strategies - Look into and possible re-negotiation of all vendor contracts servicing our Retail Boutiques; including but not limited to HVAC, Cleaning, Storefront Cleaning, Beverage Service, Lighting Maintenance, Camera Systems, Security Systems (adt), Sensormatic, Awning Maintenance, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, security guards, pest control, waste management, etc.
Responsible for all maintenance in stores, coordination with contractor or vendor to perform work in a timely and costly manner.
Coordinate set up of music, cameras, burg alarm, sensormatic, and retail pro in our new stores.
Help coordinate issues and solutions with Retail Pro (retail pro experience is a plus)
Coordinate Physical inventory in the stores, reconcile and send out final results
Eventual Implementation of Retail training program, fraud protection, loss prevention, inventory management, production issues, damage control, etc.
Look into inventory resolution for retail stores, implement cycle counts
Cost reduction in all areas concerning operating costs of stores
Help with the implementation of transition to new warehouse and roll out of e-commerce in the USA
Help execute and maintain HR program with PayChex
Create executive reporting package for both retail & wholesale
Assist with facilities maintenance as needed
Work on implementation of corporate policies and procedures
Streamline ordering processes on all levels
Set up accounts for stores
Overall communication of company information in the USA
Product knowledge, production issues, repair communication/coordination
Communicate with parent company on role out of new stores
Expense reports, light filing, report analysis
Requirements: Must be very proficient in Excel
