Salary:  Depending upon experience

Start Date: ASAP, 3 month contract

Responsibilities:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for core admin duties as well as project work such as events.
  •   In addition, the candidate should have experience with Concur and familiarity with space planning if possible.
  • This individual should have 8yrs+ experience supporting a VP or above, supporting exec and 3 direct reports and surrounding team.
  • This candidate must have calendaring, event planning and administrative support experience.
  • This is a high-profile role with visibility in the company so the candidate should be extremely professional.

  • Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Quip, Concur, Minutes, Event Planning, Budget
  • BA/ BS or equivalent experience
