Responsibilities:
  • Manage all day-to-day team needs, including:
    • Administrative (managing team tracking grids, scheduling meetings, gathering meeting materials, managing team calendars, etc.)
    • Creative / Conceptual (contributing ideas to team brainstorms, synthesizing teams’ brainstorm ideas into actionable concepts / next steps, writing initial concept drafts, etc.)
    • Project Management (supporting Director/Manager as needed during post-sale process to ensure deadlines are hit and internal/external needs are addressed)
    • Project Management
  • Support the team in the development of presentation materials
  • Serve as lead on Awards submissions project management – maintaining schedules and developing the materials for submission

Basic Qualifications  Desired Qualification/Skills: 
  • 2-4 years in brand marketing/advertising
  • Willingness to adapt to different tasks and employing a range of skills (administrative, creative, project management)
  • Solutions-oriented thinker who can operate within a large organization and has a proven ability to get things done while managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking skills and a proven track record in maintaining deadlines
  • Strong ability to anticipate and accommodate needs, requests and issues
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills - with the ability to work with interdepartmental teams and external clients
  • Strong business and personal ethics
  • An entrepreneurial/collaborative spirit
  • Must be able to contribute ideas in a creative group atmosphere
  • Undergraduate degree; or equivalent management experience required
